Is there Trial period or Trial Version?

Is it possible to test Trial version for 2 weeks? This would help attract more users. I can’t really commit unless I try if this is really for me and family. If not, can the developers consider passing 2 weeks trial version to potential customers?

You can cancel at any time. I feel sorry for software developers - getting people to pay a few bucks for quality software is like squeezing blood from a turnip.

LOL. Take it easy. No need to use such harsh words. Trial software is a very typical business model in order to widen the customer base and to expand the business. In App Store, there are thousands of individual developers or small software companies for iOS allowing you to download the FREE version and get the full functionality through In-App-Purchase or Full version. Netflix, Hulu, Playstation Vue all allow customers to test for 7 days or 1 month. This is their business model. Asking whether the developers have Channels DVR can support Trial period or Trial version that expires is a legitimate request, it’s not a blood sucking low-life action. We are not twisting the developers’ arms. If they don’t want to support Trials, it’s fine with us. It’s all business model and business decision that the developers want to adopt. Of course, you’d find doing any trails is “squeezing blood”. I bet you skipped all the Trial offers and purchased the subscription from Netflix or Hulu right away. And I guess you do the same for any computer or phone software too!

There is no free trial right now, but you can do a DVR trial for $8. No commit is necessary.

No trial is available at the moment. That might or might not change when beta period ends.

If you try the DVR and decide it’s not for you, email support and we can issue a refund.
