I have an odd situation where there seem to be a bunch of oddly named files that are accumulating on the DVR. I'm running the current build of custom RPi image (I just upgraded today, but it's been happening for at least a month that I've seen).

Any idea what these are and how to eliminate them?

Here's what I have.
I think I found the issue. The "winterholdTV" source is a Samba on my Plex server so that the CW shows I was recording on Plex using an OTA antenna, could be visible to the Channels DVR, but I'm not using it that way any more. I just watch the CW shows in Plex, and everything else in Channels. It's not really that different than watching other app-specific shows in their respective apps (i.e. Westworld in HBO Max). When I removed this samba share, all those odd files went away after a refresh. Not sure why that didn't work out, but at least removing that source removed all the excess files.
Sounds like you figured it out then. Probably some random files in that Plex folder.
If you can grab the full file path of one of those random files we can see if they can be ignored in the future .
