This is only an issue when using tvc-stream-timestamps="rewrite" though. Without this it works as "nomral". Is this intended behaviour? seems strange that i can time shift in the app but not the browser.
This doesn't match our understanding of how any part of the system works. Please try to reproduce this again. What browser are you using?
Sorry, i think there was an issue with my lasts tests relating to this problem as i was wasn't testing with a like to like source.
I have just tested again with 2 streams, one with tvc-stream-timestamps="rewrite" and one without and got the same results in the web interface.
So its normal that you can timeshift in the client apps (such as Apple TV) but not the web browser?
Is that a technical limitation or just a missing feature?
It depends on which browser you are using. Which browser are you using
I was using Chrome but i can see it works in Safari and Firefox which is fine.
