Issue with remote viewing - cert reset request

Hello. I installed Channels DVR last week and was able to access it remotely without any issues. This past weekend I installed it on another computer in a separate location while my initial install was running and it seems that the new location is now preventing it from working at my initial location.

I have shut down the server in the second location and updated the software at the initial location (where I would like it to work from) and also did a reinstall but I am still unable to access it remotely. Reading the posts on this site it looks like I might need my certificate reset. Please let me know if there is a way for me to do that myself or if someone from the Channels Team can help.
