Issues with Remote Streaming after Updating to Pre-release 2023.07.06.1740

I updated to 2023.07.06.1740 Pre-release to take advantage of the new Chrome Capture functionality. When on my home network, all is working as expected and I'm able to use the new Chrome Capture tools.

However, when trying to stream remotely I'm having issues. Channels from my HDHR or using the new Chrome Capture feed will not load and I get a "Connection Lost" message on the screen. Additionally, the Web UX will not work while on my home network, which makes me believe the transcoder is possibly having issues (I'm using software transcoding).

Connection to DVR server is good. 12 mbps when remote which is consistent with my upload bandwidth. I can sporadically get TVE channels via Xfinity to work when remote.

Any suggestions to get this fixed?

Update: I started using the "Old Streaming System" in the DVR settings and all remote streaming and the Web UX is now working. It's not an ideal solution as the setting gets unchecked every time the server restarts. Hopefully someone has some ideas on how to address the root cause.
