Issues with Remote

In the past week I have been unable to login using remote access. This occurred about the time I renewed my channels DVR. No IP's have changed on the network, I did Upgrade my cable modem but that was after this problem had started. I have verified the settings on the router and using an external open port check tool and 8089 is open with no issues. Have tried configuration using both automatic and manual with the same result. Any ideas on what to check or what May have changed?

It adds a prefix, then I get this:
