When I load vh1 or mtv everything starts and plays fine until the commercial break, then everything goes out of sync video has to catch up with audio for about a minute. Do I need to change any settings?

Please click Submit Diagnostics in the app after the issue occurs. Is it happening on live tv only or recordings also?
Live tv and it’s a gen 2 firestick
Those older sticks are very problematic. We recommend the new 4K stick for best results.
