Yes, the Javescriot error only occurred whilst I was clicking on the tabs at the top of the page. Once I refreshed the page the error went away and everything seems to work fine now. I was using the latest version of Chrome on Win10 as the browser.
I'm getting this same error and it's continuously refreshing the page, making it unusable. I've done many refreshes and hard refreshes and the problem persists. Chrome Version 71.0.3578.98 and Safari. I have also restarted the server.

This issue is fixed in the latest DVR pre-release. To update, hold SHIFT and click the Check for Updates button.
