As mentioned by Cord Cutter News, Pluto TV will add 7 new channels this month:
One channel will be Judge Judy, a 24/7 channel.

I'm not seeing new channels in the lineup and we did refresh the m3u.
No date mentioned in the article for the Judge Judy channel.
At the very end of the article, they mention that Hallmark Movies & More will launch on July 11th. Will it be the same for the Judge Judy channel? Your guess is as good as mine. 
This is Pluto TV Courtroom channel that airs other court shows, such as Hot Bench, etc. Once in a while, they do show some Judge Judy episodes.
Starting this month, there will be a dedicated channel just for Judge Judy, 24/7. This is what this thread is about.
Shhhh do not want anybody in my household to know there is a 24/7 Judge Judy Show coming.

DVR has been running on Hallmark Christmas nonstop.
I'm not seeing the new channels on pluto just yet.

Right now, the guide data is not updated in Channels so not recordable.
Update: the guide is now populated and I'm starting to see new recordings in the schedule.
I was watching it live earlier and so far it looks like they are airing episodes from season 1 and season 2 in random order. Just like on the Courtroom channel.
