I request the ability to jump between to channels / shows with on remote control button. I use this a lot when two football games are on at the same time.
Which client device are you using?
Just be aware that, even if you have a client device that will allow for that, the jump won't be instantaneous, as it is with a TV, because buffering.

I just timed it and tested it. It takes about three seconds when I swap channels.
Awesome! Just tried this on my Nvidia Shield (Android TV) with my Harmony Remote and works fine. There is the normal 4-5 second delay, which I was expecting (not as quick as native HDHR ap but twice as fast as Plex), but works great.
Would be nice to have a list of button/hot keys.
Hit the play button twice on Fire TV.

Anyone know if its possible on the xiaomi mi box? since the damn controller doesn't have a play button lol.
is this behavior still supposed to work? on firetv4k using TVE, double-pressing play/pause just pauses the current channel.
