Just amazing but waiting for support to reply :(

OK, first of all, the whole Channels system is flawless. After trying another system (who also produce hardware) there literally is no comparison, Channels is such a polished product and work perfectly, apart from one small issue.

I have emailed support regarding this but it’s been two days and I haven’t heard anything back (is support usually slow?)

I’m pretty certain my SSL certificate needs a refresh. The port is open and is verified via various online port checkers, however I can’t access the remote DVR function.

Sorry about any delay. I’ve just refreshed your dyndns. Please turn off Remote DVR and turn it back on.

Still not working.

I am also speaking to support via email, they’ve suggested changing the external port to 8090. Doing this gives me no errors reported by the router but I’m still unable to use remote access

Update, ssl is error according to maintenance
