OK, first of all, the whole Channels system is flawless. After trying another system (who also produce hardware) there literally is no comparison, Channels is such a polished product and work perfectly, apart from one small issue.
I have emailed support regarding this but it’s been two days and I haven’t heard anything back (is support usually slow?)
I’m pretty certain my SSL certificate needs a refresh. The port is open and is verified via various online port checkers, however I can’t access the remote DVR function.
