Just need live TV on a single platform?

Hello and this is all I'm trying to do and please correct me if I'm wrong.

Using my AppleTV I purchase the $25 Single Platform Channels — Live TV app. I don't care about DVR/Recording/HDHomeRun/etc options.

Within the Channels — Live TV app will it allow me to connect my YouTube TV, DirecTVNow and others? And then I will have a grid style screen with all my connected TV services?

The $25 single purchase only works with HDHomeRun.

The TVE feature that connects to cable is part of Channels Plus and requires the DVR server installed in your home. If you install the DVR and subscribe, then the apps are free.
