This week my Asustor NAS decided to install an OS update, and hung during the process. I am away at our summer home and tried everything I could remotely. Finally, after several days I hit upon putting the NAS to sleep (via Remote Desktop and the Asustor app), and then re-awakening. That worked, the OS updated, and Channels DVR loaded. But ever since my remote connection via Shield keeps losing its connection every time I exit Channels, saying there is not local server (right) and then offering a code to reconnect remotely. Often the code immediately goes away, saying it can't connect to the server. If I persist and finally connect as soon as I switch the Shield to some other source the connection is lost, and when I come back it is either a code or code followed by failed connection. I have updated the server software and the client and there is no change. Any ideas as to the cause and cure?
