If you are wanting to watch the Dallas Mavericks make sure you rescan your HDHR to pick up the new frequency because it didn’t show up first. The guide data hasn’t updated from GraceNote as far as I can tell yet but at-least it is available after you rescan.
There doesn't seem to be a way to contact Gracenote directly. People have asked about this over the years to no avail.
Your best bet is probably to contact Zap2It instead:

Unfortunately Tegna didn't notify Gracenote about the changes so you might want to contact WFAA directly about it:
Right now 29.1 KFAADT (49099) still has the Estrella TV schedule while 29.2 KFAADT2 (89007) still has the schedule for Estrella News
