Channels DVR Server Troubleshooting

I am trying to install Channels DVR into kodi via zip file and iam getting the error below in the logs

2021-09-17 08:33:58.397 T:5788 ERROR: PVR::CPVRClients::UpdateAddons: Failed to create add-on Channels DVR Client, status = 1

Any idea what i am doing wrong?

That is no longer being supported and if there were changes to KODI the App might be dead on arrival.

This problem happens if your home network is not using IP ranges reserved for local networks
