LA area: Lost all HDHR OTA guide data

Just noticed that all guide data was missing for all HDHR channels. I submitted diagnostics then deleted and reloaded the database. Still no guide data.

Lineup is USA-OTA90278.

Did the resync with no change.

Tried delete and download again. Still no change.

Seems to be some kind of network issue from what I can tell. Did you switch your DNS or turn on a VPN or something like that?

None of the above.

Also, it doesn't seem to have affected the guide data for TVE channels.

Yea, good point.

Can you try picking another zipcode near you to see if there's any difference.

Do I need to delete the source to try that? I had wanted to try that earlier but didn't find where to do it.

Sources > HDHR > [gear icon] > Guide Data > Remove Provider

I tried several LA-area zip codes and OTA is not offered as a choice. Tried a Montana zip code and OTA was a choice.

FWIW, there was some channel realignment here in the last day or so.

Thanks. Can you check zap2it.com and see if there's data there.

I will file a ticket with our guide provider since it seems like something is broken on their end.

I did that earlier and the guide data was available on Zap2it.

Okay confirmed issue and reported to our provider.

As a workaround, you can use any other zipcode, pick the OTA option, then click gear icon, hold down SHIFT on your keyboard and click the Sync Mapping button

For anyone else in the LA area having this problem, the zip code 90272 seems to work. None of the South Bay zip codes that I tried offered OTA as an option.

Ran into the same issue. Area code 90017. I went into the Web Ui> HD Homerun Quatro> Redownload Guide. Once it finished downloading the data. I then went into my Chromecast with Google TV and force stopped the app. Relaunched it and now I have my guide dats back.

It looks like the issue has been fixed. Those zipcodes are showing OTA lineups again.
