Channels DVR Server TV Everywhere

I noticed locast carries LightTV 36.5 in the San Francisco bay area. Unfortunately they no longer have a working feed they said it's the broadcaster at fault nothing they can do.
The good thing is that LightTV has a free streaming feed at https://lighttv.com/watch-now/ can channels DVR add this channel in the Channels 6700–6999 range?

You can use the Custom Channels feature to add your own channels.

It looks like the m3u8 link they provide has an expiration time that is constantly changing, so this is something best handled by a DVR, not a one-and-done link.

Although I can stream from the site can't find a non-expiring link that works.
Not simple fix here.
