9-1-1 is a show that’s broadcast on Fox and USA airs it in syndication. For some reason, Channels is stating those USA re-airs are new, which is triggering my pass for actual new episodes on Fox.
It would be nice to be able to limit passes for shows to a specific channel to prevent this.
If you look, it’ll show marked as New in the guide.
Networks are starting to get their first runs of a syndicated show marked as New on Gracenote. It’s super annoying.
Weird. It doesn’t look like you can do that from the mobile app.
Just checked and the web GUI for me does indeed show a channel filter, so I guess the real feature request is add that to the mobile UI?

Channel < XX.X
or
Channel > XX.X
to narrow it down. This was a workaround I had to use during the NFL season.
If the channel you dont want to record from is, say, 650 and you DO want to record from 45.1 try:
Channel < 45.2
The "Any" comment above by @Edwin_Perez just didn't work half the time for me, not sure why. That would be the preferred way to do it, perhaps it was a bug that's been fixed by now?
It only works with a Channel number Greater or less than have to be done from advanced pass in the Web UI.
Yea, easy to assume everyone has access to a desktop computer. Here's a workaround in the meantime:
I simply loaded the web gui in my phone browser.
