Limit Series to specific day?

I am having trouble limiting a series pass to a specific day of the week. Here’s my situation…

We usually record the 10 pm news on channel A. During football season, the news on channel A comes on much later and so I want to record the news on channel B instead. But, I only want channel B to record on Sundays – not seven days a week.

I find variables for specific channel and even for specific time but am not sure how to limit to specific day of the week.

You can put a day of the week in the Time field, but it needs the time as well.

So Time CONTAINS “Wed 9:00pm” for example

Worked like a charm. I did have to use 24 hour time to get it to take (22:00 instead of 10:00pm.) Thanks.

Ah should have been 10:00PM, but 22:00 works too

The latest DVR build now works with “Sunday”, “Sunday 10pm”, “Sun 10PM” and many other variations.
