What limits number of shows that will record at 1 time if your service provider is connected to channels or TVE ?
There is no limit.
If my cable is primary feed with channels DVR, and I also use a 3 tuner HDHomerun device with Plex DVR, will channels record more than 3 shows at a time..?
As mentioned above, there is no limit on the number of concurrent TVE recordings, so you can have many of those at once. The HDHomeRun is of course limited by its three tuners. If Plex is consuming one tuner Channels will only be able to use two.
Is there a limited number of streams from Xfinity that can be recorded simultaneously? I know Channels doesn't limit it, but I'm curious if Xfinity does.
