On the DVR admin page under support where it has logs and troubleshooting as a drop down, how about adding a link to the support forms there also?
We can link to the support page on our site. Good idea.
The community forums aren’t necessarily an official support channel though.

They are linked to from getchannels.com/support, though. If not a direct link to the forums, then perhaps a link to the general support page?

To clarify, the support page links to the community forums while setting the expectation that it is community driven. But having a link with no description in the nav would not be able to do that. These things are important to us.
