Linking to Movies in ChannelsDVR

I just tried to link to my movies that are in iTunes library. It shows the artwork for them and when you click on play it doesn't do anything? Is this before of the DRM? Anyway to make them play through channels?

Thanks
Chuck

@Chuckkennedy, so many questions for you on the lack of details there, but I'll try to answer them with a walkthru...

(1) Did you create a file that ends in ".strmlnk"? Did you put that file under the directory "Imports/Movies" (and any sub-folder you like such as "iTunes")? Did you create one for each individual movie? As an example:

(2) Inside of that ".strmlnk" file, did you put an actual link to the content when it is playing? Not the page the file is on, but where it is when it is playing? As an example:

And not:

(3) Was there a gap of time from when you created the ".strmlink" and when you added/edited the link inside the file? If so, the Channels Server database may be missing the link, so you would need to "Refresh Metadata" to get it in there:

You can check by hovering over the play button in the web. If the link is showing a path to your server, then it is missing the link from inside the file.

(4) What device won't it do anything on? If it is the web, you are definitely missing the link or you have a serious popup blocker issue. If it is on an Android/Google TV device, I don't believe there is an iTunes app that can be used, so no luck there. If it is Apple TV, there might be a special prefix scheme you have to use instead of https:// to get iTunes to work (like "itunes://") and maybe some stuff after that. I'm no expert. What is in your link right now?

(5) To be clear, it will not "play through Channels". Stream Links will open up the content in the app/web page of the service and play natively in there. It does not re-direct through the Channels player, unfortunately (yet!).
