Lip Sync Issues - Apple TV 4K

I have commercials set to Auto skip and what happens is the recorded show I'm watching starts out fine with no lip sync issues. But as we get to the later part of the recording, the lip sync is way off. It happens immediately following a commercial skip. Seemingly getting worse with each commercial

Sometimes I can fix it by pausing video and backing up a little bit and then restarting. I'm not sure but
The downside is my wife doesn't want me using "Channels" anymore it is so annoying.

Any fixes I can do?

Try Settings > Playback > Advanced > Audio Driver: Experimental

That worked (almost). The lip sync still a bit off.

I noticed live programs are also a bit off.

I have compared (TV Everywhere) Channels on Apple TV to my Cable TV box output to the same TV and the cable channels are OK with lip sync.

I have a second TV with Channels on a Fire stick and I'll see if it has lip sync issues this weekend.

I still have DVR lip sync issues. I tried experimental audio and it seemed better but eventually was also off. It is on major networks as well as cable recordings.

My Apple TV is the second gen 4K model.

Also...a minor bug....when scrolling up on the guide channels...when I get to the top I only see half of the row. If I scroll left to the end and right again, it is fixed.

If you can't duplicate, I'll send a video.
