On Friday, our neighbor had Charter in to bury their cable which had been laying in my yard for a few days. Charter decided to trench right across path from the AT&T box and my house (about 6" from the AT&T box), cutting our fiber. We had family visiting this weekend. Without Channels DVR, and our antenna, HDHR, and the library, we'd have had no TV to watch.
It wasn't perfect... there was a lot of missing artwork on On Now and in the Library, but still very usable. I switch the Guide to All Channels from Favorites so it sorted the OTA channels to the top. It was a good demo to my kids who know nothing but streaming services. My daughter's fiance seems to need live sports going all the time, and there was a lot of NHL and MLB going on, and some racing as well... over OTA.
It won't be fixed for a few more days, so glad we have it.
