YouTube has generated captions. Google released Live Captions for Chrome. There are several APIs that supposedly support real-time captioning.
Google open-sourced its Live Transcribe tech.
It would be a great accessibility enhancement for Channels DVR to have an option for live/generated captioning when embedded closed captions are not available.
