It’s football season and TVE is amazing. I’m using the Sports filter in guide to find games. This requires stopping game and going back to Guide.
In the pull-down Quick Guide while watching live tv we can choose Favorites and HD... could you add Sports as a setting so I could choose Sports? Lots of obscure channels have games I’d watch on Saturday that aren’t Favorites.
Not to discourage the request, but as a workaround, I do this browsing/search/record from my iPhone app or the web interface. The iOS app also lets you launch a show on your appleTV, if you are an Apple house. ( I don’t know if this is on android or not)
Thanks, that's a great suggestion. Assuming this feature I requested isn't implemented today, I can do what you said right away, hadn't considered it. Appreciate it. (I am iPhone/iOS in the house.)

Feel like I should follow up… I’ve spent the day with four small TVs under my projector screen, all 5 running Channels, controlled from my iPhone and just tapping on a game and which TV I want it to play on. I think this works even better than the remote because it allows me to control multiple TVs!
