Live TV Sources Not Loading

This is new this morning, the Live TV sources is just spinning and spinning....I even restarted the docker...no changes to the configs, just loading of new versions....

UPDATE: After a good 10 minutes, it finally loaded....but if I go away from the screen and come back, it takes a long time to load it again.

Gracenote is having an outage, it was just reported to us.

We'll keep you guys up to date on the status.

Thanks - it does seem concerning that the outage is making it impossible to load guide, sources or many other parts of channels server ui

Update

Incident status: Identified

It's a DNS issue on their end, all of their services are affected.

Mitigation measures have been put in place, changes are expected to start propagating through their system.

Hopefully things will start coming back soon.

Strange tho - one of my servers never lost connection and the other did

I guess thats the nature of dns issues

Update

Gracenote reports that the issue has been resolved, but that it may take time for things to return to normal for some, as that's the nature of a DNS issue and resolution (no pun intended!).

So over the next few hours, things should start stabilizing again.
