No guide name on local channels shown, but if channels DVR is disabled (by logging out), then it shows.
Most likely that means you have not assigned guide data to your HDHR tuner in the DVR's web UI. You need to give it a ZIP code so it can get the guide data for your stations in the DVR.

Some local channels says timeout. Know any way to fix it?
If you have tuner sharing enabled, you can check the DVR logs. Otherwise, you may be able to the HDHR logs.
A wild guess would be that the tuner was having a problem getting a signal lock, and there is a signal/reception issue.
Beyond that, I'm afraid I cannot help further.
