My Netgear router failed today. Now I'm using the AT&T provided router. I can connect remotely to Channels DVR but all local connections ( iPhone app and Win desktop) are just spinning icons.
What is the IP assigned to your dvr?
Sometimes when you put in a new router you have to REBOOT some devices to get NEW IP's and for others to find them.
From your diagnostics I see that your ATT router might be using 11.x addressing scheme. This is not a valid scheme for internal IPs, so you need to switch it to use 10.x.x.x or 192.168.x.x
