Local Content Network Share for Debian

Hello....I have a newly built server running on Debian (Debian 5.10.24-1~bpo10+1), and I've noticed that when adding locations for Local Content, there is no option for Network Share as in Windows. Is there a way to point to Network Shares for Local Content with Linux or is that a feature that isn't available ??

As always...Thanks for any guidance and Thanks for a great overall product!!!

You would have to setup a CIFS mount yourself on Debian first

Direct support for network shares is only supported for Windows. (I believe this is a limitation due to the system libraries in Go.)

You can easily set up network mounts in Linux in myriad ways. You can directly/manually mount them, set up entries in your fstab, or even use systemd .mount or .automount files.

While not specific to Debian, Arch's wiki is quite extensive and a great resource that you could easily apply to any distro: Samba – Client.

You could also check the Debian documentation:

Awesome!!!...Thank you guys for the good info!!!!
