Local Fox station works via TVE with Hulu in browser, not listed in channels

With Locast gone, I am looking to get a local station KCPQ Fox Q-13 (think should be station 6002 in channels).

I went direct to fox.com/live , signed in with Hulu credentials, and could view the stream fine.

I tried full re-scan twice (did pick up a couple channles since last time I had done this), but no Fox channel is listed in channels.

I checked logs of the scan for Hulu, and there is no entry for this station, final entry:

Can you post a screenshot of fox.com/live after navigating the guide to tomorrow afternoon?

If it looks like this, then the channel doesn't have a 24/7 stream and won't work:

I'm in the same boat I think. I was also using Locast. I rescanned my Directv credentials and found the networks, but Fox is acting weird. The guide data isn't correct - the Ohio State game is on right now, but the guide is blank until 11:00. If I manually tune to the channel, the game is on. I navigated to fox.com/live and the guide data looks like it has a 24/7 stream.
