Just wanted to share a little feedback to help make channels even better. Overall, Channels is amazing and love the direction that it's going!

I think I've seen these thoughts floating around on the forums some but how I think about my local media and my dvr recordings is a little different. I think it would be really nice to give users the option of separating out their DVR recordings in a separate category. You almost have this already with the "recordings" section in the library but I feel it could be enhanced a little better. Maybe give the options to allow users to have the "Library" be only local media and then have a separate DVR section for recorded content. It doesn't seem like it would be too hard to give people an option to either group it all together or keep it separate.

Could this be done by adding a "Library" tag to local media and then putting a filter on the view to exclude anything with a "Library" tag?

Based upon other threads, "Collections for Content" is an upcoming feature. At that point, you could put whatever you want in whatever collection you want in whatever way you want and then the Devs won't have to come up with and maintain every possible way of boxing content. I'm looking forward to it!

yes that sounds like a really nice feature and would offer a ton of flexibility for people to organize how they want.
