It seems FOX is constantly dropping off and I am unable to add it back on. As it happened again. It is happening on a monthly basis and I always have to submit support help.
Is there a way to look into why it's constantly happening? Plus I need it re-added again.
Please go to Help -> Submit Diagnostic Logs from the web interface of the DVR and let us know when it's been submitted so we can have a better idea of what was going on.

What is the channel that is currently having issues? It appears that FOX has authorized successfully.
