No matter what I do I keep getting this error when I try to enable Local Networks via TVE.
Try again over HTTPS here or here. Your browser failed to retrieve your geolocation: Origin does not have permission to use Geolocation service
Some additional info:
You have to be on a secure HTTPS connection to your server.
Click one of the blue links to open it over HTTPS and try again.
And you have to allow your browser to use its location service to scan local TVE channels.
And you should whitelist your DVR server in your pihole setup.
Your browser should prompt you to allow it, unless you set it to never allow.
I said "yes" and it still doesn't works. I've tried on different machines.
I found the issue: It was setting in the System Settings (on the Mac) to allow access to the location for the browser. There is a site setting in the browser that was already set to "ok", but had no effect since the whole browser was denied.
Strange, since Google maps works fine with the original "deny" setting. Makes one wonder what tricks Google uses.
