Locast Login Failure

Running through the DVR setup, I've reached the 'add sources' stage. I tried my Locast login, which works on Locast's site, but gives a "your login attempt has failed" error on Channels.

I've confirmed the user/pass multiple times - works on Locast, fails on Channels. Anything else I can try?

On the dvr web UI at the top right click Support then Submit Diagnostics

What browser are you using?

Any symbols or other strange characters in your username or password?

Likely yes - I let my password manager generate it. Simplified the password a bit and it works.
