I am in Detroit. I am not using a DVR. I'm using an old Mac Mini as my Channels Plus DVR server. I can log into and play Locast just fine on Safari on that machine, but Channels thinks I am in Autauga Alabama. I am not using any special DNSes or VPN. This a straight WOW connection.
