Locast Streaming Issues

I am getting this failure. Any suggestions?

Please go to Help -> Submit Diagnostic Logs from the web interface of the DVR and let us know when it's been submitted so we can have a better idea of what was going on.

i have a similar issue with locast, with CBS channels not coming in.all others are working updated to latest 2020-05-20 0100. Logs have been submitted.
