Locast users notified when they add/remove channels?

Does anyone using Locast get a notification from them when the add or remove channels in your area?
If so, via email or how?

Reason I ask is one channel (REV'N) went missing and I submitted a Ticket but haven't heard back from them.

Hasn't happened for me in over 2 years.

What's that? Adding/dropping channels or being notified.

Neither. There's only been one non-account related email I've received, and that was in reference to some football game about 18 months ago or so.
