Have HDHR Prime as well as OTA tuners serving my ChannelsDVR server. Tegna is off the cable so I want to make sure Channels records off the OTA tuner(s). I went to Settings, Sources, the Prime box, Advanced and found the cable channel to remove from the lineup. Clicked it till the barred circle appeared. But Channels still recorded on it.
When I schedule a recording, all channels having that program in the listing show as recording, but it really only records one. I have set the tuner priority so the Prime (cable) tuner is last on the list. Still seems to favor the Prime for recordings.
Is there some way to remove the Prime tuner for the channel not being served by the cable? I still want it available for recording other channels.

Favorites/disabled are unique to the device. To ensure the DVR does not use that channel you must disable it within the DVR web UI, not only your client app.

Yeah I just noticed the setting I did in the IOS app didn't seem to affect settings via the web UI. So I changed the web settings and priority too, we'll see if that helps.|
