Log files for DVR server running on a Synology NAS

Where / how can I access the log files for my DVR Server which is running on a Synology NAS?

Im having problems with trying to tune / play MTV on Astra 19.2 (which is interesting as the channel will play ok via DVR web server & in VLC), however takes a long time (minutes) to load on my clients (Android phone & Amazon Fire Stick).

M3U looks fine, signal is good and all other channels seem to play without issue apart from channels on 1 transponder & im trying to work out why.

If I understand the logs you're looking for, it is in the server web interface, in the "Support" dropdown menu at the top.
