I have the Chanels App on all my kids Kindle Fires tablets, they all run a Child Profile, and as such browser access is very limited, so I cant get the channels app to work remotely away from home.
Is there any way to implement something so I can log in to my server remotely with out the need to jump to a browser for initial set up?
It doesn't have to be a browser on the same device. I use my phone browser to get the app on my FireTV connected when I'm using Channels remotely.
should have clarified, its the kindle for kids fire tablets,
when its the app on a tablet or a phone you dont get a qr code to scan to load up the website on your phone, it just assumes a browser is there and try's to jump to that to load up the website, but the kids profiles on the fire tablets dont have a normal browser
Maybe someone from Channels can chime in on that. I don't know.
