Logo's, images and guide data in The Netherlands

I have some trouble with logo’s images and guide data in the channels app for ATV, everything was working fine but since some time now I have just a couple of logo’s and images left, the rest is the default placeholder. Rescanned a couple of times now without success.

I’m with Ziggo in The Netherlands. Any idea what’s happened?

On the Settings tab, click and hold your hdhomerun then click EPG from Gracenote

For some channels the EPG data and logo’s are missing (for example NPO1 HD, NPO2 HD). Is there something I can do to make this work?
