Looking for guide data for a couple channels

I've got a couple of channels from my IPTV provider that appear to be streaming only - Tastemade Home and Tastemade Travel. Any idea of a provider that carries them so I can add guide data?

Philo has them. No idea if Gracenote has the data for those channels already though. They tend to be hit and miss with FAST channels

So how does one use that info to find a specific provider to add to my guide options? (I think I did this once before but I forgot how lol).

Or do I need to edit the m3u file (would rather not)...

When using IPTV streams in channels, two options are available.

  1. use the EPG provided by the provider.
Most of them will have the logos.
  2. alternatively, you can leave the EPG portion blank and map each channel in channel lineup.
When searching, choose all channel lineups.
The Gracenote stuff from channels looks and works great on the guide.
I recently mapped most channels available in the Xumo stations on the docker.

To the best of my knowledge, I believe you can get these EPGs within Channels.

(Since DirecTV offers both channels, and they also use Gracenote for guide data the same as Channels, one could make a likely inference that Gracenote has data for those channels. However, I only offer the news that you can likely get the data from Channels for better integration ... but I don't know the specific TMSIDs to supply for the tvc-guide-stationid tags for the XMLTV for your IPTV provider.)

Yeah, my provider has guide data but I like the Channels guide data better. It also includes some local channels that my provider doesn't have guide data for.

I've been manually mapping the channels and don't mind doing that - just haven't figured out how to search properly for those 2...

Look at the images I pasted it has the Callsigns.

That worked perfectly (using the full callsign). Is there an easy way to search Gracenote for them? I know you mentioned OliveTin?

If you don't have OliveTin, look at @chDVRuser's post right above yours.

OliveTin uses the same "specific phrase" search as these below, where the search term is enclosed in double quote marks and searches gracenote stations
