I am throwing this out there in hopes that someone else has solved this problem.
I run Channels DVR Server (macOS) with an Xfinity cablecard in a HDHomeRun box. Last weekend I discovered that Bravo, TruTV, and Food Network are missing from my lineup. My channel lineup on the server says they are missing. Missing from HDHomeRun too. I have tried rescanning the channels to no avail. All the other cable channels are still there, just fine. Has anyone else had this happen? Any clues as to how to fix? Sadly, Bravo is my favorite channel. It's not in TVE and Xfinity Stream sucks in a web browser.
This might be something that you should email support about. I PM'd one of the developers over 2 weeks ago here on the forum about having 2 separate logins, one for server control and another for client access and there was zero response. I mean, yeah, we pay for the service, but Channels developers only respond when they feel like it. The community developers here are all we have left, and quite frankly, they are extraordinary.
If they're missing on your SD HDHomeRun Prime and you rescanned channels using its web UI, you should ask Silicon Dust Support HDHomeRun Setup & Troubleshooting - Silicondust
If those channels are in your Xfinity package lineup, then it could be the HDHR tuner didn't see them during one of its automatic background scans (about every 3 days) and marked them as unsubscribed.
Start by asking Xfinity support why you are not receiving the channels. It sounds like they are not sending them to you. Do they still support cable cards?
