Lost CBS after upgrade

Upgraded to 2021.11.09.1542 then lost TVE CBS with Directv Stream on FS4K.

Try accessing your DVR settings remotely using https://my.channelsdvr.net/ or locally https://127.0.0.1:8089/admin/settings (change 127.0.0.1 to the IP address of your DVR server) and your browser should prompt you to allow the site to access your location.
Then toggle the Experimental locals TVE checkbox (uncheck, then check) which should cause a spinner to appear there while it authenticates all your local TVE channels.
The key is using the https secure connection.

If that doesn't work, I would submit diagnostics from the DVR web UI.

@chDVRuser. Good suggestions but didn't help. Logs show unavailable at location which started immediately after update. It also has some entries regarding telemundo. Latest update didn’t fix. It's not a big issue for me but may be for someone else. Log number is below.
