Lost connection from windows to DVR server

I have channels setup on a raspberry pi and for some reasons it seems I cannot connect with it anymore with my computer through a browser or channels dvr app. I can still see it with file explorer and copy files from it in windows.

It seems as if channels dvr has lost the settings to where it is and now wants to set a location for a new dvr location. I also have channels setup on my android phone and I can still connect with channels dvr server on it.

If I select the current location (drive) in channels dvr will it overwrite the current setup and lose all the recordings and data of past recordings and such? It looks like it will as if setting up for the first time.

If it will than how do I restore the file/data locations settings for channels dvr?

Thank you.

Can you click Support > Troubleshooting > Submit Diagnostics

If you go to http://x.x.x.x:8089/restore you should be able to see the latest backup and restore that to get all the old settings back

Thank you for the reply, but when I tried this I got permissions denied error, see below:
