Hi,
Last night I lost all my Directv TVE channels. In trying to add them back Channels made so many attempts that DTV locked me out. After reseting the password this morning I tired again, and once again all attempts to authorize with Channels/TVE resulted in a failure. Any idea what is wrong on my end?

Try going to your DVR web interface and select (at the top) Support - Troubleshooting. Channels should tell you if your headless browser needs to be updated to support TVE. If so, click on update. I hope that helps.

I just tried again after reseting my password and every channel times out on authentication.

Yes that works
It took multiple rescans but got back all but 6 channels. Each scan would add a few more. Not sure why it’s behaving this way.
