I was thinking the same. There is not unfortunately, the Harmony 650's "favorite channel" setup doesn't allow that type of customization:
In any case, I just updated some channel assignments on this remote, and also updated to the latest Test Flight. And now these channel changes work whilst browsing the Guide too. So it appears the feature has been completely fixed!
