I continue to receive lost connection periodically. My Apple TV is hardwired and I have gig speed internet. I submitted diagnostic - this is regular ABC OTA channel. Any tips or root causes, let me know.
What do the hdhomerun logs say? When you lose connection what do the channels logs say during that time?
@Phillip Looking at your logs, it appears we ran out of disk space on your Apple TV for the cache.
If you go into Apple TV Settings -> General -> Manage Storage, do you see apps using large amounts of data?
You have a 32GB Apple TV and only 131MB free (in that diagnostic submission).
We (what looks like incorrectly) assumed that we could use all 131MB because we thought the OS would see you were low on disk space and start to clean up caches, etc.
Thanks for reviewing. Went to the manage storage page. I did delete a rather large game, but disappointing that the manage storage page does not list total storage used. Unless I missed it, I would need to manually add all the app sizes.
It is found both in the Setup page of the clients, as well as the main page of the webUI.
