Lost over 30 channels after updating

Hi everyone after my latest update which is 2020.01.28.2053. I lost over 30 channels on my guide. I rescanned my channel hoping that would work. I also logged out and logged back in. My internet is altice one for my channels guide. Has anyone else experienced this recently. Any suggestions or help is much appreciated

I’m assuming these were TVE channels? More details would be great, including the provider you use for TVE.

Which channels? What error does it show in the channel edit menu?

Just did another update and some of the channels are back. Guess we can delete this thread if I run into another issue I'll be sure to have more information..
